Does New Zealand Souvenirs ship world wide?
YES, we ship to all countries world wide that are able to receive mail.
How long will it take to receive my order?
To the majority of countries, an average of 7 to 10 working days. This may vary with time of year and extra busy periods. In NZ, 2 to 4 days.
What payment methods does New Zealand Souvenirs accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa/ Mastercard/ American Express/ Diners/ JCB), either online or by mail/fax/telephone, plus money transfers and bank cheques.
How does New Zealand Souvenirs ship my order?
We ship all orders with New Zealand Post. All orders are insured and go by air mail (international) and standard post (NZ). Shipping costs are shown on each page with the products.
How do I track my order?
We give you an order number with your order confirmation. If you do not receive your order within 14 working days please contact us.
What additional costs are there?
We make every effort to reduce the chance of Duties and Sales Taxes being charged by Customs agencies. However, we do not accept responsibility for any Duties and Taxes charged. These are the full responsibility of the Purchaser.
What if I wish to return items?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will happily issue a refund or exchange it for another item. Please ship the returned item, with the order number, to: Rugby Post, 97 Worcester Street, Christchurch, New Zealand. We will not be liable for the return shipping costs but will pay the cost of shipping any replacements by New Zealand Post. NZ customers can return goods directly to our retail store with a proof of purchase. Refunds are made using your original method of payment.
