Browsing and Buying

You can browse by product category, selected from the green product menu on the left of every page. When you find something you like you can simply click on the image for an enlarged image of the product. (For smaller items, there is no larger image necessary.) Return to the page of small images to either continue browsing or to purchase.

To help with currency exchange conversions, click on the link to the XE.com converter which appears at top and/or bottom of each product page.

To buy a product simply select the size from the pop-down menu (found by clicking the downward arrow beside the size window), type in the quantity, and click "Add to basket".

This takes you to a summary of what you have in your shopping cart at that time. You then either "Continue Shopping" or "Proceed to Checkout".

If at any time you want to check what you have already selected just click "View shopping cart" in the yellow bar of links at the bottom of each page.

Items can be removed at anytime by clicking "Remove" beside the item, and your total will be recalculated.

Buying online

After you have selected items you wish to buy, the postage/freight charge is calculated. (You can check this at any time when viewing the contents of your cart simply by indicating which country the products will be shipped to.) Click on the arrow beside the box showing the destination country and select the appropriate one. The basket is then redisplayed witht he freight included.

To complete the purchasing process, you can "Proceed to Checkout". Your browser will displays a padlock icon at the bottom of the screen showing that a secure connection has been entered with our site for your transaction information.

Enter your name and other details exactly as they appear on your credit card statement. Complete all details - those that have a red asterisk beside them are mandatory.

If your billing address is not the same as the delivery address (for example, the purchase is for a gift for someone else), You will need to fill out delivery as well as payee information. If the two are the same, however, simply check the "Same as Above" box to indicate this, in order to save entering details a second time.

To make any changes simply click the area and retype your information.

If paying by credit card please enter your credit card numbers with no spaces between the numbers (for example 1234123412341234).

Your order will then be submitted. You will see a confirmation screen and receive a confirmation email.

Prices

All prices shown on our site are in New Zealand dollars. You can use our Exchange Rate Converter (found on every page) to work out approximate prices in other currencies.

Security

The protection of your order information is very important to us, so all your information transmitted through our site is encrypted using SSL. SSL encrypts your order information to avoid the decoding of your information by anyone other than Rugby Post.

Buying by fax

Choose your products. Now follow the steps as for BUYING ONLINE above. Click FAX ORDER as your payment method. Print the fax order form, complete it with your payment details, sign it and then fax it to us at + 64 3 366 6148. We will send you an email to let you know we have received and processed your order.

Buying by mail

Choose your products, put them in your shopping basket and print the shopping basket plus a blank order form. Fill the form out with your details, sign it and mail it to us at: RUGBY POST, PO BOX 206, CHRISTCHURCH, NEW ZEALAND.

Buying by telephone

Choose your products and print your shopping basket. Place your order by calling us on + 64 3 365 4604. We are available 7 days from 10am to 6pm New Zealand time.

Shipping

We ship to all countries by insured mail. Orders for addresses outside New Zealand are shipped by New Zealand Post Air Mail (delivery is about 14 working days). New Zealand orders are shipped by New Zealand Post Standard mail.

Payment methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners and JCB credit cards. Money transfers and bank cheques should be mailed to: Rugby Post, PO Box 206, Christchurch, New Zealand.

Customs charges and sales tax

We make every effort to reduce the chance of Duties and Sales Taxes being charged by Customs Agencies. We do not accept responsibility for any duties and taxes charged - these are the full responsibility of the Buyer. It is advisable, if concerned, to check with your local customs agency.

All prices are inclusive of all sales taxes applicable to the sale of goods under New Zealand law.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to refund you or exchange it for another item. Please note the reason for your return and the product you are returning. To exchange product please indicate your new selection. Shipping will not be charged on product sent in exchange. Return costs are however, the purchasers' responsibility.

Credits will be made to the original credit card charged. Cheque payments will be refunded by bank cheque. Please return product in original packaging if possible and send to: Rugby Post, PO Box 206, Christchurch, New Zealand. New Zealand customers can return product to our store. Please bring packing slip for proof of purchase and to receive an appropriate credit/exchange.
