All our prices are in New Zealand dollars.

Delivery Times
There are still international delivery delays due to insufficient airfreight capacity worldwide and some government restrictions. Please expect your order to take a bit longer to arrive than usual. We are unable to guarantee delivery times. .
To the majority of countries, an average of 25 working/ week days from day of dispatch. This may be longer at certain times of the year, extra busy periods and if we are waiting for new stock to arrive. In New Zealand, 5 days from day of dispatch. As we have NO CONTROL over couriers, NZ or international postal services and foreign customs departments we CAN NOT guarantee delivery dates/times.
There is no tracking for international parcels valued under NZ$250. You will receive an email to confirm your order is on its way to you.

  

Methods Of Payment
We accept credit cards (Visa/ Mastercard/ American Express). We also accept payment by Paypal.

  

Shipping Methods
International orders are shipped via New Zealand Post by insured air mail.
Orders within New Zealand are shipped by standard post or by courier.
Shipping costs are shown on each page of your order with the products.

  

Order Tracking Methods
We give you an order number with your order confirmation and will send you a notification email on dispatch of your order. If you do not receive your order within 16 working/ week days please contact us. 

 

Additional Charges

We DO NOT accept responsibility for any Duties, VAT or Taxes charged by any agency either within or outside New Zealand. These are the full responsibility of the Purchaser. We also DO NOT have any control over the exchange rate your bank uses or the date they process refunds.

  

Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will issue a full refund or exchange the purchased item for an alternative item. Refunds are made using your original method of payment and do not include the original cost of shipping. Please ship the returned item, with the order number, to: NZ Souvenirs, 12 Rayburn Avenue, Papanui, Christchurch, 8053, New Zealand. We will not be liable for the return shipping costs but will pay the cost of shipping any replacements to you the customer. If the goods ordered are not received due to any fault of New Zealand Souvenirs & Gifts a full replacement or refund will apply.

  

Privacy Policy
We do not and will not sell, lend or show any of your details received with your order, or by any other means, to any other person or business. We will delete your contact details from our data base should you request it after receiving promotional or product updates from us.
