Due to the spread of COVID-19 globally, there are international delivery delays due to insufficient airfreight capacity and government restrictions. Please expect delays when shipping internationally.
To the majority of countries, an average of 25 working/ week days from day of dispatch. This may be longer at certain times of the year, extra busy periods and if we are waiting for new stock to arrive. In New Zealand, 5 days from day of dispatch. As we have NO CONTROL over couriers, NZ or international postal services and foreign customs departments we CAN NOT guarantee delivery dates/times. There is no tracking for international parcels valued under NZ$250. You will receive an email to confirm your order is on its way to you.
Methods Of PaymentWe accept credit cards (Visa/ Mastercard/ American Express), either online or by mail/ telephone. We also accept payment by Paypal and bank transfers within New Zealand.
Shipping MethodsInternational orders are shipped via New Zealand Post by insured air mail. Orders within New Zealand are shipped standard post or by courier if possible. Shipping costs are shown on each page with the products.
Order Tracking MethodsWe give you an order number with your order confirmation and will send you a notification email on dispatch of your order. If you do not receive your order within 16 working/ week days please contact us.
Additional ChargesWe DO NOT accept responsibility for any Duties or Taxes charged by any agency either within or outside New Zealand. These are the full responsibility of the Purchaser. We also DO NOT have any control over the exchange rate your bank uses or the date they process refunds.
Returns PolicyIf you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will issue a full refund or exchange the purchased item for an alternative item. Refunds are made using your original method of payment and do not include the original cost of shipping. Faulty goods can be returned at no cost to you the customer. Please ship the returned item, with the order number, to: NZ Souvenirs, 12 Rayburn Avenue, Papanui, Christchurch, New Zealand. We will not be liable for the return shipping costs but will pay the cost of shipping any replacements to you the customer. If the goods ordered are not received due to any fault of New Zealand Souvenirs & Gifts a full replacement or refund will apply.
